Found this antenna in a box of 72`NOS parts (not for sale).
Looks like 356 to me.
Was this Hirschmann version used on SWB also?

It looks like what's left of the antenna which I believe was original to my '65 911:
Bottom of original
Original bezel on replacement antenna
The original antenna also had a wedge to match the fender like your antenna's. I put that wedge on the replacement.
How far will your antenna extend and how long is the coaxial cable?

My vote for the hardest to find original part is an original radio antenna. A couple Phoenix Club Swap Meets ago Vic Miles offered a restored original red tip antenna for $ 650 (or was it $ 950?).

I've got the same antenna on my 65 356C. My 71 911T had the same antenna, as well.

Wow! You have both the little plastic button on the tip to keep it from "locking" and a Hirschmann key for "unlocking" it if you remove the button.
I've bought spare antenna keys from Woody's Custom but those buttons are hard to find.
I can't guarantee that your antenna's an original 911 antenna, but it would take a near miracle to get something closer.

Hi John,
your antenna looks like on a freshly delivered car back in 65. Very nice.
I compared the lenght of my find to the lenght of all left fender mounted antenna on my LWBs.
These are in between 895mm and 915mm. Some might not extand all way due to rost, dirt or whatever.
May the radio and antenna police chime in and name or show the correct lenght for 365,SWB and LWB?
Thanks, Dirk! I'll try to get a shot of the inside with the wedge.

All lengths that I posted are top of the cap to top of the Plastik that is mounted in the fender, when the antenna is extended fully.
