    Seat Mounts, in board- early 911 (65/66)

    Searched through the forums but not quite sure how seats are mounted on an early 65/66 911?

    I read a thread where the interior seat slider rails attach directly to the body?

    Yes, inner Rail mounts directly to the tunnel. Outer rail mounts to an separate piece that in turn mounts to the body and contains Locking provisions for fore-aft seat adjust as shown in photo
