    Early S Side Deco Question

Anyone have an opinion on Stoddard's aftermarket side deco vs. Porsche's?
Stoddard sells both of course the Porsche product is 3X in price. Are there any fitting issues with either?
Thanks and really need comments on this.

Buy both and return the one that you don't like?

Ask Maurice LaFond to take it out of the package and take a photo of the end before he ships it to you. (I have no idea if Maurice still works there, but even if he doesn't, his successor shall be known as "Maurice LaFond.")

This is the entire point of buying things from Stoddard, vs just putting in an order through worldpac or some other supply-chain web bot. If they want to make MARGINS, they need to deliver SERVICE!

Maurice is still at Stoddard, and, as always, very helpful....answered an SWF question just last week.

I would also check with Sunset Porsche, in Beaverton OR -I found their pricing to be usually better than Stoddard's for PCG products...

I didn't have any fitment issues with the set I bought from Stoddard. Make sure you don't position the stripes too high or you will be short. I think they were cut such that the long bottom stripe be placed just below the lower door gap

for a car i did a few years back my customer also bought both, repro and original,i compared them but the only difference i could see was that the countersink on the lower mounting points was done a bit sloppy on the repros.don`t know if those repros i had in hands came from the same source as stoddard`s
