    Electrical problem

I have a problem with my my recently finished 67S SWT. The fuse for the turn indicators keeps blowing and I have no right side turn indicators. The flasher unit activates when the right side blinkers are activated, but the oil level and temperature gauges flicker at the rate of the flasher unit. I assume that the short is in the insturment panel. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Larry

Just a start with finding a shorted wire is to start at the wire to the fuse....use you ohm setting and it will read as continuity to ground.
Then follow that wire back ...suggest removing wires related to the instruments and wait for a non continuity situation...meaning the wire shorted has been removed etc.....
Also suspect incorrect wires from the turn signal not connected properly....chase them based on review of your wire diagram.
