WTB: seat release lever -- driver's side

My neighbor with the '66 911 he bought in 67, has been running a 911R seat he bought back in his autocress days. He now has difficulty moving and wants to reinstall the stock seat. But somehow the adjusting lever and spring have disappeared. The hinge is still mounted to the seat, so we only need the lever with knob, the adjusting 'claw' and the spring and the collar for the spring. Hoping someone has these parts!

    TIA

Let me know if either of these will do it.

Thanks, Tom, that's actually the setup that was in place for the R seat that was removed. But we need the missing parts for the SWB seat shown.
