Take a bit of effort to pull a Weiner of that size.

A few years back, this thing passed me on the freeway just outside Burbank.
The original was designed by my automotive design teacher at art center, he was really proud of his work.
At the time, I was surprised he would tell people, but back then, I only thought of sports cars.
He also did the first hot wheels.
Current long term ownership: 63 Cab, 71 911, 74 914
I was stuck behind it driving to Yellowstone a few years back- it is hoot to see in the flesh.

I had a college buddy that drove the weinermobile for a year or two and absolutely loved the job.
Porsche taste on a Volkswagen budget...
I was one of those '50's baby boomer suburbia kids that waited patiently at my local supermarket parking lot for Little Oscar and the Winnermobile to arrive.... He did with a 'Hi boys and girls' to the joy of us all.
And then, after convincing our parents on how good his Oscar Mayer products are, started handed out his 'winner whistles' to us !!!!...…..![]()
If I look hard enough I'd probably find my winner whistle today....
… and so it went

Yep. I had a wiener whistle too.
Chuck, if you find yours you certainly deserve some type of Hoarder’s Award.
I’m envious.
I would love to know what happened to all of those old wienermobiles.
The original driver was one of the Lollypop kids! https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/06/a...-munchkin.html
