    do mid seventies flat Fuchs bolt patterns work for a 72 911 bolt patterns?

    Only difference is size of center hole and therefore which cap they use. Early flat-6 (through late '73 sometime) have 66mm hole and use 3-ear caps. Later flat-6 have 70mm hole and take ring caps.

    That's right and the part numbers on the early ones end in 00 and the later flats end in 10.
