    FS: 1973 Porsche 911E project - Utah

Up for your consideration is a 1973 911E that I believe was delivered new in Bahama Yellow (trying to get Kardex). This is overall a very solid project car with incredible potential. The engine included I believe to be the original engine and it does have a serial number that would have been on a 73 E. What you see is what you get although I may have some other odds and ends I can scrounge up, still looking through boxes. The passenger side door strike panel was cut out due to rust as well as the lower exterior section on both a pillars. The front end is currently sitting on some solid rear axel from a front wheel drive VW but I have most of the original suspension and brakes for the front. The rear suspension is present and seems to be in good working order. It will come with a 915 transaxle which could be the original. Also will come with rear deck lid which is currently not pictures but I will take a picture in the next couple days. This is a very rare car in a rare color and is a desirable project. Build your dream car.

Note, I accidentally had one of the wrong heads (without fuel injector allocations and no can) in the picture but it will come with the correct one rather than that. Asking $27,000 OBO

Certainly will take someone motivated although having restored cars for years I actually think this one is a fairly simple and honest restoration candidate. It will make an incredible finished product in the end.

This has been on Samba for a while. Are you still going through boxes?

Been on the Samba for a little over a week. Haven't had time the last couple of weeks to see I can drum up any other parts for this car but have lots of other parts. I am hoping to get into a new shop shortly and can get it all sorted after having the parts all in bins.

Thanks Ryan. Lots of parts is a good thing. It would good to know what other parts that can be updated in your ad. Do you have the glass, interior bits (gauges, seats, door cards, shifter, steering wheel...) gas tank, hood, fenders, bumpers, tail lights, trim pieces, etc?
