Any suggestions on a clever way to roll a 930 Tub over concrete and onto a trailer? (No axles or wheels)

I've seen it done exactly as Eric said.....I've seen a few methods. One was using moving dollys from Harbor Freight (1000lb capacity each) and using ratcheting yellow "tie down" strapping them under the chassis. Get the ones with the tallest wheels, or swap the wheel type out for a "taller" set.
Cheers and good luck,

Moved a 2002 shell many years ago with what we had on hand: some rope, a pallet and a set of 6" industrial casters. We got it onto the pallet with a pair of floor jacks.
I've seen Eric's method too. Cheap and easy. And afterwards, you'll be amazed at all of the uses those dollies will come in handy for!

You can also do a smaller cart like this one that we use. The ones in the other pic we use for cross country car carriers, but just on a normal trailer you don't need the big width or the heavy duty wheels.

The tub is only 650 lbs. Moving dollies work fine. Or if you have some appropriately spaced holes in the pan, put 4 heavy duty casters with threaded stems through them, add some nuts and washers or backing plates and hey presto, you are done. Done this with some other old cars, though not an early 911. You can make a custom dolly with these type of casters and 2x4s in under and hour as another option.
