    D'leteren Dealer Badge discussion

My car was delivered in 1968 from there and hence I'm looking for one. Thanks!

BTW ... Roland D’Ieteren, the former head of the Belgian car group recently died aged 78. Covid, apparently ...

Interesting. Mine also came from D'Ieteren. When you say badge, do you mean this?

Or do you mean something else? (in which case, you may have drawn some competition!)

I'm not sure what sort of badges came with my car in 68..I was hoping to find out through here. Thanks for your photo nonetheless.

Yes, to be clear, the bit about competition was tongue-in-cheek. That badge was next to my front hood chassis badge (and has since been reinstalled). Mine is a ‘71 that was US-spec, but European delivery through D’Ieteren.

Interested if you discover anything, looks like the 356 guys have much cooler badges than whatever we might be able to lay claim to.

Here's the D'Ieteren plate on my 70S. Plate is riveted to the front right inner fender. Does this make sense for a Swiss delivered car?

A Swiss delivered car should have an AMAG tag.

I wonder if this was done in 1968 as well? To be honest, I have never seen any of these body tags. Does anyone repro this? Thanks everyone.
