orange bar hood crest prices - advice

    Dear all,

I could get hands on a very nice orange bar crest, seems unmounted, in really mint condition.
The seller asks me for a correct bid....

checking the threads, prices for nice badges are around 500.-...
are prices down or up or constant for badges?
any advice given would be helpful

I paid 500 recently, that one looks as good if not better, although the last pic makes it look slightly concave to my eyes.

I’ve noticed that prices for not only badges, but parts in general, have softened significantly over the last couple of years. I’ve paid more than 500 in the past for a badge as nice as you’ve posted. I think what you’ve stated is fair and reasonable.
