1967 911s Koni struts with Bilstein shocks?

    HI

I was taking apart the suspension on a 1967 911S race car and noticed it had the original Koni struts but with Bilstein sports P36-0112.
Anyone heard of this upgrade and what is needed to modifiy the shock to fit?

    Cheers

This is a new one on me. Pretty clever, though.
