    Red face MFI Porsche electric fuel pump 0580970001 (new)

    This is the Chinese built version of the Bosch 901 608 105 01 MFI electric fuel pump. Since I rebuild these pumps, I wanted to take a look at its performance. This pump has never been used and was flow and pressure tested in my test set-up. The pump worked fine meeting the flow and relief for the Bosch specifications. It was also flow tested for 30 minutes at 14.7 PSI for any leaks. It worked as well as any Bosch 001 fuel pump that I had tested. I am now selling it to get my money back. It is essentially a new NOS 0580970001 fuel pump. There are later versions available now at various sources. I would like to get $725 for it shipped.     Good to know I’m not the only one who saves their asparagus rubber bands from the market! They have a million and one uses Nice fuel pump, good luck on the sale!
