    000 magazine issue 017

    @all
    i received today my proof copy of issue 017.
    i contributed some of the technical drawings, i had quoted already here:

    https://www.early911sregistry.org/fo...lists-drawings

    The written story from Amanda Kreklau brings in Otto Soeding, who had been at the drawing & design desk back in the prototype days. He is said to have designed the gauge dash panel under the supervision of Erwin Komenda.
    He further moved on to Opel, GM and Pontiac.

    thank you
    @pete stout and the team@000 magazine to have these published

    Our thanks to you, Haul, and to Chuck and everyone involved for making this place go.

    Had this site not existed, and Haul not posted these nearly lost documents, would we have spotted them—or published them? But this is what 000 is for—to help ensure the preservation of the history of these cars with the permanence of print, in a way that would have been impossible at any of the magazines I've worked at in the past. This many pages, for a few documents? I would have been fired, and rightly so!

    Congratulations on the article haul! I marvelled at the documents when reading it, but didn't realize they came from your archive. Hope to meet you soon on the next euro trip.
