    FS: 3 liter long-block motor

    Hello Porsche passionates... For sale is this 3-liter long-block motor. It’s from a ’79 911 SC but was in a VW bus for many years. The actual condition is unknown but the previous owner said it smoked a bit on startup but ran well.

    Consider this a core motor for a build project. Has chain tensioner upgrade. There is no injection or peripherals… what you see is what you get. The price is $8500. The motor is currently in northern New Jersey and local pickup is strongly preferred. Message me or email if interested.
