wiper motor keeps running in washer position

Hello all, in my '71T, the wipers work correctly in the interval, slow, fast and off positions. However, when I pull the lever to activate the washer, the motor starts, but does not stop until I turn off the ignition switch. When I turn the ignition switch back on, the wipers will then move to the park position. Also, the pump doesn't activate when the lever is pulled. I've removed the wiper switch and cleaned it, but same results. There are 2 relays next to the wiper motor. Could this be a relay issue, and if so, which one?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Well, I’ve taken the 2 relays apart and cleaned them, but still have the same issues. Any suggestions?
