It has the charcoal cannister fitting on back,,,so likely 70-71. 72 would be plastic.

Yes, 2.2 911T, not E or S as they have the MFI cold start lines built into the air cleaner assembly. [or I'm dead wrong and being silly. It's been a while since I've played with one of these.]
Don't these have a data code stamped on the cleaner?
From some additional research this unit fits a 66-68 SWB
The attachments for the horn are the early version with clamps
Later 69-71 have the threaded stud and wing nut attachment

71gold , you are absolutely correct , '66 - '68 filter housing .
I doubt that there was a charcoal filter on 66-68. That fitting on the back is for a charcoal breather, just as Ed says.

Is that fitting stock or was it add on?
If stock maybe 68 (us smog?) but not 66/67.
Btw the early 66 Weber air cleaners had that Mann tag on them.

Agree with clamp style and when used , but charcoal filter wasn't used until 70. Why would the nipple for that hose be on the back?

They probably were preparing the part for later update, not the first time they’ve done that.
