    K&N air filter question

    Hi,

    I just replaced the stock airbox on my 67 with two K&N filters. There is a hose going from the stock air filter housing to a nozzle on the oil filler neck. Is this hose completely removed or do I need to install a kind of catch tank where this hose will be connected to?

    Any help is really appreciated.

    Buy the vent kit from Clewett or P.M.O. It directs the vent into the rain shield housings.

    Copy the 911R's and TR's , use a window washer fluid container as a catch tank .

    Not the cheapest solution, but already set up for large dia hose and has mounting bracket, filter and drain:
