    1963 Porsche 901 on YouTube

There is video that was recently posted on YouTube that is purported to be of a “Porsche 901-1963.” It has a Florida license plate. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ojg0jSQXK3E
Does anyone know this car? It is in fact a 63?

Thanks for the clarification. I was pretty sure it was a 64. One of the things I found interesting is the hazard switch above the car's radio, particularly the red plastic insert. See the attached. My MY 65 has the same hazard switch.

this car came without hazzard switch since it was not mandatory at that time....i would have hidden it somewhere under the dash(did so with #96)

It is my understanding that the hazard switch was installed on the early 911s destined for the USA. At least that is what is indicated on pages 30 and 31 of the 1/65 owners manual where the hazard switch is shown as item # 12 and identified as "Emergency blinker signal (USA only.)"

Why does this car have a big oversized stuffed dash over the gauges?
