Thoughts on how to remedy this oil leak?

Oil is leaking at this weak spot between my head and valve cover and dripping onto my SSI's causing a large amount of smoke. Tired the silicone gaskets but as you can see the space is too large to seal with just that. Think gasket maker is the next step?

    • Upgraded 930 covers
    • No low spots on valve covers (sanded at 180 on glass)
    • Proper torque

Your leak is between your valve cover and cam housing, not your head. Clean both surfaces and use the green gasket with silicone bead.

Here are the gaskets to use. Torque spec is about 7 lbs, sometimes you have to go 10-12

Be careful to torque the nuts up in the proper sequence to avoid warping your flat valve covers.
