    Wiring of lighting in the heat control unit

    Working on the wiring on our 69S and trying to figure out where the lighting for the heat control unit is wired to. Looking at SL33 it says it get wired to the "Fuel Heater Switch". I don't think my 69 has this. Maybe it related to a Webasto heater? Not sure. Does anyone know where these lights would be wired otherwise? Thanks in advance - Scott

    Scott,

    Unless you have the gas heater, you will only have the one light in the unit. It comes on as power goes to the fan.

    Yes there is a black plastic bulb receiver that is wired pushes into the the RHS of the holes you have arrows on just replaced the bulb in mine, if you need a pic can arrange easily.

    Thanks so much for the answers. May take you up on that picture, but want to get out there and see what I have on the old harness first. Maybe it only has one light. Will need to check.

    Just to follow up on this as getting ready to install. Does the light go on with the fan and gets it's power from there. See my picture below. Thanks again.

    Yes, it comes on with the fan.that looks like the globe connector, but hard to tell from the photo.
