    US Compliance Plate (without rivet holes)

    Does anyone know if anyone sells a US compliance plate without rivet holes in it? All the pictures I've seen from MY69 has the plate not riveted to the post such as below. All the vendors seem to sell the plate with rivet holes. Just curious if anyone has seen one out there.
