    Identifying this old Momo

Hey guys, was digging through my parts bin and found this old MOMO. To be frank, I'm not up to snuff on old Momos and was curious as to what I have here... Anything special at all? It's about 360mm...

It does look similar, but it was used mostly in Italian cars. They are available new in the $300-350 range. I’m looking for a version with patina like this one.
