    1968 wiper arms

    Hi,
    I recently took pictures of a 1968 L and I noticed that the (first year) black wiper arms were different than from the ones we can see starting in 1969. The bend on the center arm is much more closer to the blade (see pictures bellow).
    Is this something known?
    Are the 1968 wiper arms specific to that year or are the arms that I took in picture not original?
    (grey car is 68, blue car is 73 for reference)

    Hello,
    As far as I could evaluate the wiper arms according to the pictures, I would say the bue car hasn't the correct ones.

    MY question was more about the distance between the edge of the arm and the angle. It is much smaller on the ones of the 68 (see red circles on pictures). As I remember, all the lwb I see have the second one like on the blue car.

    I got it.
    As far as I know, the wiper arms were the same MY68 including MY70, MY71 got a new design.
