    FS: 1976 2.7 Engine

Up for grabs is my 1976 2.7. Engine number 6460807. I purchased this from an incredibly reputable local Vermont high end sports car repair and restoration shop. They removed it to swap in a larger motor for a customer. This motor was running and was able to drive the car but was smoking. No real other info is known by me. It did have carbs on it but they have since been removed. I purchased the motor as a spare for my 1975 911 seen in photos. I’m selling this as a rebuildable core due to not really knowing why it was smoking or much about it at all.
Comes with its cooling tin, heat exchangers, clutch and flywheel, alternator etc. has 930 valve covers and some Rennline goodies too. Does not come with its intake. Not all cooling tin/ brackets shown in all the photos, I removed them for cleaning and painting. The tin is now back in place. If I did not have a 7 year old daughter and a bunch of family responsibility I’d rebuild it and sell it for much more or just keep as a spare. My loss your gain. Located in Fairfax, Vermont. Shipping available at buyers expense. I can strap it to a pallet and bring it to work (Rennline) but here we have a loading dock. $7000. Text 802-734-1969 or email xscirocco16vx@yahoo.com
