Scam seller rickyfowler423@gmail.com George Seibert in my WTB: 11/65 Steel wheels

It looks like I was scammed by the scam seller rickyfowler423@gmail.com George Seibert. He contacted me via email and made a reasonable offer for four steel wheels.

He then recontacted me to request additional money since he didn't realize the cost of shipping four steel wheels. I suggested he ship them, send me the shipping tracking number and upon receipt of which I would add a bit for shipping.

I made the mistake of including an email address in my posting of: WTB: 911 date code 11/65 Steel wheels

I did some research and it turns out to potentially be someone with the following:

-it was reported as rickyfowler423@gmail.com. Location. Iran, Islamic Republic of. Evidence. 7-Nov-23 16:09. IP Address. 91.98.40.227.

Update- I used a credit card to send funds. The credit card company was indicating they will pursue this fraud.

Additionally this was another PayPal email address that the fraudster uses dawnanddeeaf@yahoo.com

    I also went to
https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ and filled out a claim
