This running 1956 Porsche 356 A Normal / 1600 motor was removed in favor of a more correct engine for the car and is now for sale. Engine number 62978. It has freshly powder coated tin, restored BOSCH VJ 4 BR9 distributor, correct BOSCH TK 6A3 coil, and correct BOSCH LJ / GE 160/6/2500 generator with the vented strap, as well as new decals and NOS oil hoses. Fuel pump has an original phenolic block. Solex PBIC carbs.

Located in the DC area. Domestic shipping possible but would prefer local pickup.
