    According to the PET catalog, looks like you're after part number 900 140 015 00, Rais. counters. h. tap. s. 8 B 3,9 X 9,5, ie, raised counters tapping screw (8) 3.9 x 9 mm.

You may be able to find at a local hardware store but if not, Gaudin Porsche Parts is one source: https://www.gaudinporscheparts.com/o...AxNS0wMA%3D%3D

Should look like this ("borrowed" this photo from Rose Passion)...

Bel Metric has that exact screw in Stainless Steel. 3.9X9.5 Oval head. $0.15 each for 1 to 99, $0.09 each for 100 to 499 pieces. So after 60 pieces, your may as well get 100 for the same price. Don't worry about the extra .5mm, that's only .020 inches. Grind off the tip if it bothers you. You can buy 15 of these for what the Porsche dealer wants for 2. Also be aware that some of the screws on the 911 are pan head, and they have those also.
