    MFI Drive gear timing mark?

I had to remove my MFI pump to deal with the actuator return spring. I know you can take the pump off in any orientation, but it has to be put back with the right timing marks.

So I find TDC for cylinder 1, rotate 360 degrees to TDC for cylinder 4, and then a few more cm to get to the FE mark. So far so good. Turns out my MFI pulls does not have a timing mark on the pulley. There is a mark on the flange. How do I get the rotation right? I can pop the cover off the driver's side pistons, but am unsure where the timing mark should be set in reference to their positions.

    thanks

Just do what you're doing, TDC #1 then TDC#4 then 14 * to FE pulley mark, align scribe mark on pulley to hash mark on pump. (scribe mark is not on the pulley itself, it is on the flange pulley bolts to. )
