7th Annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive

Saturday, Dec 7 marks the Annual Toy Drive at our Coffee and Doughnutfest in Emeryville, Ca. The Alameda County Firefighters will, again, be joining us at around 10:00am to receive new, unwrapped toys to be given to needy kids in the SF Bay Area. Last year was epic and we expect this year will be better yet. Please, if you can, help us to exceed last year. It's a great way to start the holiday season. There will be a drive to Faction Brewing Co. in Alameda following the festivities at EASY. Faction has a great selection of beers and pub food.

    4060 Harlan St.

I'm not one to bump posts but this one needs to be heeded. Please, if you can, show up and donate a toy for this cause. It means so much to local Bay Area kids and their families, plus it's a blast! Hope to see you there.

There was an incredible turnout , yesterday. A huge thank you to all that attended. We set a couple of new records, too. We managed to surpass last year’s record if filling up 2 huge fire trucks with toys. This year we filled up 2 1/2 trucks!. Also, we ran out of out supply of 12 dozen doughnuts in 25 minutes! A new record, as well. I was too busy to take many pictures but hope that some of you that attended could add pictures. It was a great day.
