I need Damon Josz series 900 contact info.

JimmyT sent it to me and I accidently discarded it. I've sat here for over an hour trying to search his contact info. His name is mentioned on a bunch of threads but no contact info.
If someone posts it here maybe this can be the go to thread for Damon.
