    Good engine builder on east coast

    Hi,
    I am looking for someone to build a 964 based engine for a 1972 911 Outlaw. I am not looking for a racing engine. Is there anyone on the East Coast, preferably in the New York City area known for building a 3.6 to 4.0 Liter engine?
