WTB: Original Weber 40 IDA/IDS Air Horns

Looking for (3) original Weber 40 IDA/IDS air horns in the original nickel finish.

PartsKlassik has these air horns but they are too tall (I need the 50mm height): https://www.partsklassik.com/p-1044-weber-air-horn.aspx

    Dimensions should be as follows:

    64 mm diameter top
    46 mm diameter base
    50 mm high
    2 mm thick base

Let me know what you have - thanks!

I have 2 sets of original Weber 50mm high horns available. They are currently silver-nickel plated, although suspect you may looking for a yellow-zinc nickel finish?

Hi Mikey - I'm actually looking for the exact ones you have with the nickel plating (the original finish). Sending you a PM.

Thanks Mikey - responded to your email.

Still looking for three original air horns. Please see the following link for some reference photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/rbPawyxuPcwm7gqj6

The air horns on the left side in the photos are the ones I'm searching for. The air horns on the right side are dimensionally correct, but they have a thinner bottom flange ( approximately 1.74 mm vs 2.2 mm) and appear to have a different construction method (note the vertical lines on the inner side of the horn). Also, the air horns on the left with the thicker flange have smaller diameter attachment holes. Lastly, the ones on the left are nickel plated vs. the ones on the right which are zinc plated.

Please reach out if you have any!

I have something close to what you are looking for, unfortunately it is 55mm tall but rest of measurements are the same. It is Nickel plated too.

Hi Bob - yeah the air horns with the 50 mm height and the 2.2 mm flange apparently are a little more difficult to source. Thanks for your reply - I’ll keep looking…
