Paul Newman Winning picture, with curious note on back. Any ideas or opinions welcome

I've had this picture for so long, I don't even remember where it came from. I collect Signed Posters/Pictures from the heyday of Sports Car racing, and have always wondered who the message written on the back might have been addressed to. I think this came from the film Winning.

    To Lois
    XXXOOO
    from Paul
    and
    Susie

That's all the information I have. I look forward with great interest to the knowledge and experience of this group to perhaps shed some light on this.

Thank you all for taking a look-
