I might have one... insert may be a challenge but will look. Is 67 with two open slots to mount insert?

Nobody? I dug up this one, decent chrome, has the 67 only middle plastic, round plastic is available in the aftermarket, it does have a loose knob with a screw retaining it, should be an easy fix. $50 shipped.

67 911 de Luxe, 356 B silver metallic / brown interior, ( buck skin really ) 67 PORSCHE [ Reuters ] 912, Crystal blue, black interior, 72 T, Silver metallic/black interior, appearance group,factory AC.
Loose knobs are very common. Somebody already “fixed” it but it can be improved. A sleeve, spring, O ring or a washer to take up the axial play would do it. I don’t really care if it sells, just trying to help. I have 2 67s and this is my only spare with the plastic center.
