Hey it's only $13 with shipping...if the 914 piece doesn't work? Toss it, or give it to a struggling young "teener". No big gamble, is it?

certainly not the $ just wondering if the material is wide enough to do the 911 dash, says 5" and my car is in the shop so I can't measure it.
Is 5" wide enough? can someone pls measure your dash basketweave
Thanks

Hmmmm...just rolled my 71 into the showroom for the winter and was just looking at that. Unfortunately, my car was sodomized by the P.O. so I can't say with any authority if the basket weave in my dash is correct or not. It does look different from that second picture of the S glove door. Ya truly can't go wrong with $10 though...I spend more in that in gas driving to the nearest 94 octane gas station...lmao.

He had a roll specifically for the 911 that is 2 5/8 wide which sounds right. Mine is definitely looking a little ratty so figured for $13 I'd give it a shot.
So now whats the trick to getting the old stuff of?
Cheers,
Steve
