    R Wheels

I acquired a set of R 7" wheels a while back for my '67 SWB Rallye car project. The wheels on my '73, which were redone by Al Reed a few years ago, have started to get "milky". So I decided to put the R wheels on the '73 while I send the original 7's back for refinishing. My '73 is the one with the factory rear fender flares and it accommodates the R wheels + spacers just fine. Now my problem is that I like them so much on the '73 that I don't ever want to take them off -- and I can't afford another set.

P.S. I will be at the Vintage Races in Portland on Sunday with the '73. Hope to see some folks there.

can I ask what harness bar you have in that silver car ?

And does it attach to the seat belt bolts on the B pillar ?

    John....

It does bolt directly to the seat belt bolt location -- and the original belts are still mounted as well. Nice setup as it doesn't involve drilling any new holes. I don't remember the brand and the car is at the shop at the moment, but I will check and let you know.

    Regards,
