There is absolutely not one spec of rust anywhere !!!... I expect the bidding to go up to the high $30K to $40K range.

It's patently obvious this young gentleman knows not the error of his ways..
or his purchases for that matter..Quote" engine and transmission original to car ,matching numbers..
(matching numbers of unfamiliar parts!)
With an early 80's 3 liter and who knows what tranny ,the customization 80's
style is complete..
To bad probably was a great car at some time ,long ago ,it's in DC so if anyone wants a closer look (doubt it) its in the vicinity,thanks and with the

That car might have been born on the same day as mine. It has VIN 11880241 and my car is 11830241. Luckily my car doesn't have the Strosek body kit!

A: I don't believe that you will win first place with this car, maybe a close second or third. If the judges are conservative 911 bone stock factory purists, then the judges would not be very impressed with the car. On the other hand, if the judges are not conservative, then they would rate this car very highly by its rarity and cosmetic condition. They would also be very impressed with the special custom STROSEK modifications which would probably win first or second in show because of its rarity. I believe that conservative judges will grade this car from a scale 1 to 6 (1 being the best), they would rate this car a 3. Non-conservative judges will rate it a 2 which would equate to an 8 on a scale 1 to 10 which is an excellent rating.

...so I had to egg him on with that question. Unfortunately, I was laughing to myself too much and made some pretty lousy spelling errors, including the dreaded use of “your” instead of “you’re”!

I am strangely curious if the guy is trying to scam somebody or is just flat-out clueless….
