    St. Michaels Maryland Concours

Passing along some shots of the first concours held here.St. Michaels is a small town on the eastern shore of Maryland. If you are on close next year, don`t miss it.There were 50 invited cars, some of which had never been shown before.Duesenbergs,Bugattis,Alfas,Talbot Lagos, that would rival any we have seen.It will be in October of next year. The Oxford,Easton,St. Michaels area is a triangle of truly beautiful scenery.I think it has arrived as a car center. Anyone wanting more info let me know.Note Fangios name on the Alfa. TFM

    more of St Michaels

Sorry,no Porsches. This was not a drivers event! I love the engine turning on the Duesenbergs dash. This was a car from Calf. that was as good as it gets, but the Talbot Lago gets my vote for sheer beauty.

    Thanks Chuck

Thank You! Here is a link to the web site. Jay Leno is into this one also. There is a private collection close to me valued at over 100 million that will be shown here. There weren`t any Porsches unfortunately, but I spoke to the organizers and it is only going to get more interesting. I would like to have some "S" guys find me and we can have some fun with this. There are very good roads,a car ferry to get there and an old salt to organize it. That would be me! Posting a few more pics. http://www.stmichaelsconcours.com/main.html

    Nice paint

Check out the rear fender apex and the reflection in a super black paint on this Bugatti.

Good pics, Tom. I'm definitely up for next year, schedule permitting.
