    More info/pics for 911R 5080012?

    Does anyone have more info/pics for 911R 5080012? I find this one interesting because it retains the horn grills but not the turn signals. Also, this car looks to be dark in color (not Cadiallac gold or Scareb Blue). This pic is from THE RACING PORSCHES R TO RSR by Starkey.

    Hi Bob - don't recognise that R from the picture - what's the VIN ?

    Surprising to note that in the top right hand corner of the pages shown Starkey has the VIN & engine numbers round the wrong way - 5080012 is the engine number (can't see the last digits of the VIN).

    Looks like the picture has been 'flipped' l to r too - the car is shown as being RHD !!!

    The above photo is most definitely flipped. Look at the hood badge and please note that the orange-black "bar fields" are reversed. The only way this can occur is when the photo has been reversed, like looking at a transparency put into the projector bass-ackwards.
