    What kind of slider is this?

    This is the slider for the MOMO seats in my race car.

    I am switching to a ReCaro SPG HANS, and am wondering if:

    a) A slider is properly used with a race seat;
    b) This one will be compatible with the ReCaro steel FIA-approved sidemounts

    Or does the race seat just mount directly to the rail? I don't need it to move back and forth because I use a seat back brace that doesn't move either.

    Any advice from the "super secret seat police" would be greatly appreciated.
