Hello -
Wondering if anyone out there might have a harness guide bar that would fit a 72' Targa. I've been told that bars are no longer made for model years prior to 74', and I'd like to forgo any fabrication.
Thanks!

Paragon Products still shows the Weltmeister bar as fitting any 911 from '69-98 for < $200 in their catalog. Call Jason and ask if it will fit pre-'74 OK. Unless they have changed their line, these used to be pretty common, and can be found on the used market often as people go to roll bars or cages.
Or you can buy the BK Truss for $600--EBS Racing shows the BK1025 as for '69-present (excluding Targa and Cabriolet.)

You can get one for around $120 from Stable Energies (http://www.stableenergies.com/products.asp?dept=42). I have one and it seems ok and co-exists with my seat belts.

Thanks everyone for your help and much needed suggestions.
Harry - I think I will go with Stable Energies. It seems to be the best option available.
Thanks again!
