69 Targa Paint Code Help Please

Trying to decipher the paint code info given by a seller for a 69 Targa. He reports the digits on the door jamb tag are: 76-81-9101-H, T7-94-0503. He says the tag had coats of paint on it so some were hard to read, but they aren't even close to any color codes I have found for a '69. Anyone? Thanks in advance.

PS... Car is currently blue, was yellow before that and has some silver showing through.

I have a '69 912 Targa with very similar numbers where the paint code should be: 67-81-9101-H, and 77-94-0503. The PO obtained a letter of origin from Porsche in 1990 that says the car was silver metallic, and the attached cardex also shows silver metallic but lists the normal code for that color, 6851. Silver metallic was supposedly a special order color in '69, which may explain the weird numbering.

    I've got the same code

My 69 912 Targa has the same code---with 77-94-0503 stamped beneath. I'd love to see pics of your car.

Here is the Targa with its brother, another '69. I seem to have a thing for red interiors. Currently making the Targa "correct".
