Part, sell as roller, as is where is 69S

Realistically I have came to conclusion I will never restore, 69S non sunroof coupe. To many P resto projects, to little time, no ambition. Clear title, car is TOTALLY apart, 1/3 front pan was replaced chassis was media blasted primered and has been sitting in storage 12+ years. #'s matching engine is disassembled all there including MFI system, front oil cooler, thermostat etc.. Case has bad bearing saddle but repairable per Ollie's who W/O seeing quoted $800 max to repair. Crank excellent and (standard).Trans axle 5 speed not # match. Chassis, body parts, doors, fenders, both F&R lids etc. no rust with exception of pin holes in rear package tray rear seat pans. All suspension, struts, brakes, sway bars etc. My quandry #1 part it, #2 put it back to roller, #3 sell as is where is. I understand parting involves shipping parts all over but have son to do that. If roller I would have to put back, my son is not that Porsche savvy and I would end up doing 95% of it myself and don't want to but guess I would if it would raise sell # considerably would or possibly hire someone to do it. Have guages, wiring harnesses, etc. etc. but I'm sure some interior parts missing after all these years. My question, of these 3 options what would you extimate % wise the difference be? No doubt 'as is' would be lowest but I can't seem to get a handle on as a roller or parting. Thank for bearing with me on this ramble. Mark S

I would sell it as is that way you can wash your hands of it and be done with it. Having said that I sent you a PM

    roller

baskets are tough to sell for good $ but i would rather see a car restored then cut up for scrap or parted out cause you are always left with something.

I'd say sell it as is since its a pain to part out (not to mention that I could be interested depending on how much you are looking for the whole kit).

I agree with all, thank you for your input. I put a ROUGH pencil to it and looks like 13-15 K depending on rims if parted + hassle. So either going as is or roller. On a side note Factory Kardex and COA show ext color 'Gold Green'. I looked it up and is it UGLY! Mark S
