Electrical Part # help needed - application?

    Hello,
I found in my stash a NOS vintage metal electrical relay. PN#901.615.102.00
Can anyone tell me the application. My parts book is missing the last page of the parts listings.

I was going to use this with a pair of fog lamps, but i hate to use it if it has value to someone doing a restoration.

On my car that is the 5 spade horn relay. However, I see that the part has been superseded 91161510301 which is an entirely different looking part.
    Is it for sale?
