    100 liter race cells

I had started this on the general discussion thread, but chuck suggested this would be a better place. Thank you chuck

We have the selection of a fia / SCCA approved bladder with foam custom made to fit the replica of the 100 liter Rally tank that porsche fitted to the R, ST, early RSR etc.

This set up cost a fortune to properly develop and it is a high quality safety cell that will fit 65-89 models. We have the option of several filling set ups. Underhood, thru hood center, oem connection to filler neck, and offset thru hood <which would look a little unusual

Cost is around $5300 with the centerfill neck set up shown, and less for underhood . or oem connection. The foam filled bladder is expected to actually hold about 97 liters when full.
It takes about 3 weeks to complete your order. Please contact me directly at tremotorsports@gmail.com for more details and ordering. Calif residents have to add sales tax.

Weight of the unit without the filler neck is 29 lbs or 12.9 kg
Weight with the filler neck as shown is 31 lbs or 14.5 kg

Shipping dimensions (packed in heavy cardboard box, strapped and taped) is 22" x 40 " x 34 " with an approx weight of 42 lbs

    Thank you
    Dave

Raj, I think it is just the wide angle of the lens making it look narrow.

    Dave, sent you an email.

    Hello
The centerfill tube is 4" diameter aluminum. Getting dry weights with and without the centerfill and level sender

SCCA may not accept the thru hood set up- can someone check and post?
. The cap we use in the pictured version has an expanding seal when it is closed. This differs from the twist lock set up of the blau 100 mm cap and bung (also available)

Thank you- we just received a large shipment of 100 mm blau caps (steel) and receivers , making up holed blades, weld them on, then silver/clear powder coat them for an aluminum finish
will post pics tomorrow of that set up

pics of our steel tank tube conversion "kit" for thru hood filler. But this gives you an idea on the blau conversion
the smaller cap is a lockable aircraft flush fit that we can also install , for a little more security

The last item is a fiberglass funnel ring, that can be bonded to the underside of your decklid for a smooth transition into the splash pan
