My Momo wheel did not require the rubber cuff as it came with it's own horn button.Originally Posted by 911scfanatic

Bill,
I am thinking that "Bushing" (my term) and "Bearing" (your term) are the same thing. It goes on the end of the shaft (with the spring) that goes over the steering column spline. The lower picture above shows the spring/bushing combo I am refering to.

They are also available new from Porsche.
