    New Tires

Hi Guys, I am considering new tires for my 1971 911E Targa. It currently has 205/60 15's. The car is planted pretty good at speed and drives well at slower speeds. My 914 had the same size tires so I really haven't felt what other (stock) tire sizes would feel like. What size would you choose? Why? Brand? My are currently Yokohama's. Thanks in advance for your responses.

    Leon,

I have used 205/60-15 and they are fine. I currently have Yoko ES-100 205/55-15s but I also autocross and I get a slight gearing advantage. I seriuosly doubt I would go back to the(smaller) stock sizes.

Before anyone can really answer your question, what is your intended use? Cruising, Autocross, DE, canyon carving etc.
