Does anyone have the F&S clutch part numbers (not Porsche) that are correct for a '69S? This is with the lightweight pressure plate. Thx Jim

my spare friction discs 901.116.017.01 are labeled with the number 1861.327.002
My pressure plate has no numbers on it.
Question: I have one PP and three discs, two as spares. Do I need to keep two spares or is one spare enough. What are they worth these days?
Thanks for the info Dave. Given they aren't making them anymore, the value of them will only go up. And you can bet when you sell something, it will then break on the car!
As a follow-on to this, the engine is on the floor now I need some help on matching the P/P I have with the right disc. I have the following new parts; the earlier copper faced lightweight P/P (which I believe fit up to to the 639XXXX engine and then a F&S disk which I thought was the right one with that P/P but I am questioning that. The F&S disk numbers are the 1861 1327 002 and the plate is 3082 233 101.
The F&S disk new has a thickness of about 7MM but I see that a normal disk has a new thickness of about 9-10MM. So my question to this esteemed board is what is the right disk to use with this P/P? I thought I saw somewhere that I could use a disk from an iron version that is thicker. Thanks in advance.

The 69S disc is thinner. I used to pay $79 for the disc and pp
Correct, the 69S friction disk is thin while all the rest are the same thickness. The disk number is the same as mine, so it is the 69S FD. You need a standard FD to go with the 67S pressure plate.
$79 for a clutch package is SO yesteryear IMHO. It was $89 at Stoddard's in 1979. Much like getting a 73 RS for $20,000.
