    MFI plastic fuel enrichment nozzles

I broke of one of my enrichment nozzles on my 2.4. The nozzles which inject fuel into the stacks upon start up. I live in South Fla. so it should not be a problem if I override one of the six. I was wondering are these available? I also was thinking can I use a plastic fitting such as the fittings used for the windshield washer system and let the fuel pee into the hole? The origional fittings have a pin hole at the bottom which I may be able to attach to another plastic fitting. Any Suggestions?

No, don't try to use something like that. Those squirters were the same for T,E,and S. They aren't rare. Someone will probably chime in and sell you one for cheap. If you put up a "wanted to buy" post under parts for sale and wanted, you will find help.

I used a plastic T fitting for a windshield washer system. That did work however, it dumped too much fuel into #3 cylinder. I don't want to start a fire so I eliminated #3 and the car will start after a few cranks. Does anyone have a spare nozzle for #3 or #6 lying around? I did post on parts wanted.

Why did you put up a post asking for advice if you were going to try a micky mouse solution anyway?

This was by no means is a "MICKEY MOUSE" way of trying an alternative to replacing a rare,NLA part! By the way micky is spelled with an E. The plastic T which I used is the exact fit including the diameter of the hole. The only missing part is the valve at the end which is really nothing more than a thin brass piece with a hole in it. It's so thin that I noticed on another fitting, # 1 stack ,that it has split in half ,also, I believe allowing too much fuel at start up. I was sharing info. as to what I was doing and wondering if anyone else had tried an alternative to these rare fittings. (these fittings are not just lying around as you suggest) This also is not a "Mickey Mouse" car! It's a 1973 911S complete restoration. All engine, trans. suspension, body work was done by myself. The only thing I did not do was the final paint, but I did the assembly. The car looks and runs perfectly and once I solve this fitting issue it will start perfectly new! I got this was by sharing info. with others!

Sorry my friend, I didn't mean to come off like that. It's that valve in the end that is key. I have had myself, and seen MFI fires that get out of control very quickly. Just didn't want you to experiance the same. Call Matt Blast at Eurometrix. He will have the piece you need. If you hit a dead end, I'll come up with one. But I'm sure Matt can help. picture request

I am not sure I noticed a brass "orifice" on mine when I changed the fuel lines this winter. Anybody have a close up picture that shows this. It makes since that there would be resistance or else the front 2 cylinders would get very little fuel and the rear ones would be flooded.
